Luna - Suzy Bee's Bloomin' DT



Hello everyone! Today is the launch of a new challenge blog! I am so happy to be doing my first post as a design team member for  Suzy Bee's Bloomin' Challenge blog. I am honored to be chosen to work on this team. I am looking forward to working with the wonderful DT and providing inspiration for you!  Head on over to see more inspirations from my very talented team. This week our sponsor is Lacy Sunshine and our theme is Emboss It.  Heather's images are just amazing and I really enjoy working with them. She is generously offering a $20.00 gift certificate to her store for the winner. Here is my card featuring Luna Moonflower.






Luna was so fun to color with my promarkers.  I added stickles to the image for some extra sparkle.  The papers in the background were from my stash and  are embossed with the raised stars.  I used my heat gun and embossing powder for the first time ever. And yes....I burned my fingers. That gun sure can get hot.  Anyway, I used dark blue embossing powder along the outside of the globe. I think it turned out beautifully. What about you? I used my stampin up scalloped oval and oval punches for the sentiment.
