Hey everyone! Today I have my first ever handmade vintage card to share with you. I admit I was a bit nervous because I wasn't sure if I "knew" how to make one but I didn't let them stop me from trying. I got this elegant image from
DAZZLING-ACE-DESIGNS. I love the images that Suzy has to offer! I die cut and matted the image and back paper. I used ribbon and papers from my stash. The papers were slightly distressed with the Tim Holtz tool and inked with old paper distress stain. I added leaves from a MS punch and a cute flower. Some stickles were added to the flower for extra glitz. I am very excited to have used some dies and stamps from
My Creative Time that I recently bought. I am in love with their products and will be getting more. I die cut and stamped the ticket. I also added a die cut banner. I realized after that I should have made the banner a different color as it really blends in with the other paper. We learn as we go, right? Overall I am very pleased with this card and am looking forward to trying some more vintage themed projects. I hope you have enjoyed my creation today.
