Frozen Birthday

My DT project:








I used this image that I got as a freebie with purchase from Simply Betty Stamps Colored with promarkers.   I used paper from my stash. I added some pearls, flowers with gems centers and a skate die cut. Card layout inspired by the sketch at Sweet Sketch! I rotated it! The sentiment is from Scribble and Scrap
