About Me

My photo

Hi everyone! I am a veterinary technician living in NY who loves to pen pal and make cards in my spare time. I have never been good at crafts since I can barely draw a straight line with a ruler but I was determined to give it a go.  I love learning all the different techniques and ways to craft. Follow me on my journey as I grow as a card maker!

CIO - Blue, ribbon challenge

Time for a new challenge at the Clear It Out challenge blog.

Sponsor: Lacy Sunshine
Stash:ribbon, twine or fibres
Theme: Colour challenge- blues

My DT card:

I used this adorable sticky wings bath image from Lacy Sunshine.  How cute is she? I colored her with promarkers.  The paper, handmade bow and gems are all from my stash.  I added some stickles to the bubbles to make them shine.  A bit of glossy accents was used on the eyes to make them look more"real." Huge fan of glossy accents.  I used circle and scalloped circle dies for the image.  My stampin up oval and scalloped oval punches were used for the sentiment. Card layout inspired by the sketch at The House that stamps built.

For more DT inspiration and to link up your projects head here! We would love for you to come play with us!

Hugs,

Erin
