CFTH - Mermaid tag

My DT card:



 I got to work with this super cute image by The Doodle Garden.  I colored it with my copics. I used My Creative Time tag dies to make the tag. The paper is from my stash. The image was fussy cut. I added some pearls, ribbon, a sea shell and ocean die cuts.
